With an unwavering commitment to learning and understanding in order to better serve customers, Dulico took part in the training course titled “Boosting Sales with Excellent Customer Experience” led by Expert Dang Thuy Ha on May 6th and 7th.
These two intense days of learning helped Dulico outline the customer journey, identify touch points between customers and the business, and candidly address areas where improvements were needed. This allowed them to seize opportunities and gradually win over customers.
As the training course concluded, it opened up numerous possibilities and ideas for Dulico’s team development and long-term business strategy.
We extend our gratitude to Ms. Dang Thuy Ha for sharing valuable knowledge and guiding the company through this project. We also thank the organizers for facilitating connections that allowed Dulico to learn from other businesses during the course.
