DULICO host professional presence training with URA Vietnam

DULICO, in collaboration with Hoang Vu Inox, recently welcomed the URA Vietnam team to its headquarters to deliver a training program on professional presence and workplace etiquette for DULICO employees.

The program focused on communication, posture, body language and professional conduct. These everyday details play an important role in shaping the quality of interactions with customers, colleagues and business partners.

A practical focus on professional conduct

During the training, employees explored several aspects of professional presence, including:

• Communicating clearly and respectfully
• Listening attentively and showing consideration
